The Stiga Table Tennis Brand, which is owned by Sweden Table Tennis, is one of the foremost leading manufacturers of table tennis equipment in the world. The Stiga Company made its first paddle in Sweden in 1944. In 1984, Swedish Table Tennis AB (STT AB) of Eskilstuna, Sweden, acquired the table tennis business from Stiga AB. The license rights to use the Stiga brand name on all table tennis products were also acquired at that time.
Over the past 60 years the Stiga Company has accumulated a great deal of knowledge and experience in manufacturing table tennis equipment.
